Our office places a strong emphasis on customer service, and we are dedicated to providing a top tier experience for our customers. As spring arrives, we are reminded of the importance of vehicle maintenance during National Car Care Month. This month-long celebration, initiated by the Car Care Council in 1980, aims to raise awareness about the significance of regular maintenance in ensuring smooth vehicle operation and road safety.

Throughout the past year, we have adapted to the changing world by re-purposing office space to accommodate staff members' children and offering additional support for schooling. We have also embraced virtual connections and learned the value of face-to-face interactions. Flexibility has become a cornerstone of our approach, as we understand and accommodate individual circumstances for both our staff and customers. Above all, we have grown in our understanding and compassion for others, recognizing the importance of these qualities in the world today.

When I'm not at work, I cherish the opportunities to enjoy the Pacific Northwest's natural beauty. Whether it's biking, playing tennis and golf, or simply spending quality time with my wife and our four children, these moments bring me immense joy. We are grateful for your support and will continue to work diligently to earn your confidence and referrals from friends and family.
